Information about our fast and cheap deliveries
RiMotoShop sends the customer's order on the same day that it was made, provided it has been registered within 10:00 of one working day and one of the following payment methods has been chosen: credit card, PayPal, Postepay or Mark.
If the customer chooses to pay the order by bank transfer, we can send it only after receiving the payment confirmation from our bank, which may take up to 7 working days depending on the country of the transaction.
If There is a problem with the order (confirmation of delivery address, verification of payment, products out of stock, etc.) we contact the customer with a message in the customer's inbox. If the customer does not respond in 24 hours, then he will be contacted by phone. The order is not shipped until we receive a response from the customer. If We do not receive a reply within three working days, the order is cancelled and the payment refunded to the customer.
Once the order is shipped, the customer receives a confirmation by e-mail with the respective invoice, a tracking number and a link that will allow him to trace the order on the site of the shipping company.
The customer can access the link for traceability also by logging into his RiMotoShop account and clicking on the tab "Orders" in the login page. By clicking on an order in the "Order History" column on the left of the screen, the customer displays all the information on that order in the "Order Details" column on the right of the screen, including the above mentioned link.
It Is possible that, after the shipment confirmation with the tracking number sent to the customer, the attempt to trace the order does not have any result. It May take up to 24 hours from the e-mail confirmation of shipment to be made available on the site of the transport company updates on tracing. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, unless they resort to national or local holidays, to the address provided by the customer at the time of registration of the order.
The customer can receive the order at any preferred address (except for the mailboxes). All you have to do is provide us with an address that will be available between 9:00 and 19:00. The Transport service chosen will attempt to deliver the order to the address indicated by the customer.
ATTENTION: The Customer cannot choose a specific delivery time, since the deliveries are conditioned by the routes defined by the transport service for the respective delivery date.
The provision of an incorrect or incomplete address could lead to the return of the package to RiMotoShop, determining additional costs that are charged to the customer. We Therefore recommend that you always make sure that the delivery address that you provide when you register your order is complete and properly completed. Once you have escaped the order you can no longer change the shipping address or billing details.
The products are shipped with DHL Express Couriers, SDA or UPS. The Shipping times are general of 24/48 H from the receipt of the payment.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by our system based on the following factors:
· The actual weight or volumetric weight of the package (whichever is greater).
· The country of destination.
· The price tables of the shipping service, which are updated regularly.
Shipping costs are automatically updated as the customer adds items to the shopping cart.
